Recycled Materials

“There is no such thing as 'away’. So, when we throw anything away, it must go somewhere.”

  - Annie Leonard, executive director of Greenpeace USA, Author of ‘The Story of Stuff’.

Edward has been giving recycled materials second lives for over two decades. His grandfather developed industrial scale plastics recycling in the 70’s. At Edward Linacre Studio we incorporate second use materials into incongruent and distinctive end products, including lighting, furniture, object, installations and interiors or we develop entirely new products and speculative works based on the on the innate properties of the material.

Post Consumer and Industrial Waste Material Development, Adaptive Re-use, and Experimental Material Research are core commercial pillars of Edward Linacre Studio.
